To 250 million euro the investments formed in the real estate market in 2016

Investments are expected to reach 250 million euro planned to record this year the Greek real estate market, size considerably higher than in 2015, when their capital inflows to earn income property, had not exceeded 100 million euro. The culmination of years of economic crisis was in 2014, when happened value movements of around 1 billion euro, mainly due to the completion of a series of competitions for real estate development of the State, while major investments were made in 2013, reaching 400 million euro.
