The environmental study concerns the Renewal of the Approval of the Environmental Terms of the Hotel «CAPSIS» in Thessaloniki, according to the specifications of the No. 122859 / 2-2-2004 Circular, entitled « Content of the file for the application of Article 13 of the Joint Ministerial Decision HP /11014/7033/14-3-2003 (Government Gazette332B / 2003)». The study includes: a description of the up-to-date development and operation of the activity, updated operational data and a reference to the effectiveness of the anti-pollution or environmental restoration measures which implemented, with particular reference to the requirements of the environmental permit to be renewed and a summary reference to any changes in the natural and anthropogenic environment of the activity area, to the protection scheme (e.g. integration of the project into areas with special protection status – «Natura 2000 » network, archaeological sites), as well as in the spatial directions, in the period elapsed since the adoption of the Environmental Terms Approval Decision.
