The Study concerns the drafting of the Open City Spatial and Housing Organization Plan of the Municipal Unit of Arethousa of the Kallikratis Municipality of Volvi, based in Stavros. For the aforementioned Study a Contract was assigned on 3-7-2002 which was completed on 30-10-2002. The partnership of the developers delivered the Stage B1 of the study on time on 22-9-2005.
The study was stopped due to the waiting for the amendment of the Joint Ministerial Decision of the Koronia – Volvi Lakes. While it is now pending the issue of the relevant orders by the Municipality to continue the Study.
