The Study concerns the elaboration of the General Urban Plan of the Municipal Unit of Istiaia of the the Kallikratis Municipality of Istiaia – Aidipsos based in Istiaia. For the aforementioned Study, a Private Assignment Agreement was signed on 28th of March, 2012. The Partnership of the developers delivered the Stage A of the Study on 27-3-2013, 12 months after the signing of the private agreement.
The Study is funded by the Regional Operational Program of Thessaly – Central Greece – Epirus of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) 2007-2013. The Study A concerns the analysis of the existing situation, the evaluation of the data, the diagnosis of the problems and the development possibilities and prospects and the formulation of the preliminary proposal.
