The Study concerns the elaboration of the Open City Spatial and Housing Organization Plan of the Municipal Unit of Plataies of the Kallikratis Municipality of Thiva, based in Thiva. For the aforementioned Study a Private Assignment Agreement was signed on 28-12-2012. The partnership of the developers delivered the Stage A of the Study on 13-6-2013, five months after the adoption of the project schedule.
The Study is funded by the Regional Operational Program of Thessaly – Central Greece – Epirus of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) 2007-2013.
The Stage A concerns the analysis of the current situation, the evaluation of the data, the diagnosis of problems and the development potential and prospects and the formulation of the preliminary proposal.
