The General Urban Plan of the Municipality of Karpenisi was approved in 2011, Government Gazette approval 50AAP/29-3-2011. The residential network of the Municipality is organized in 12 Urban Planning Units, of which the first six concern the City of Karpenisi and the rest group the other settlements, St. Nicholas and Lefka, in the 8th U.P. St. Andreas, Kallithea and Myriki in U.P. 9, Gorianades, Koryschades and Voutyros, in U.P. 10 Stefanio, Milea, Sella, Fidakia, St. Vlacherna, Ampelia and Vamvakies, in U.P. 11, Kalesmeno, Ano Kalesmeno, Monastiraki, Aroniada, Papparousio and the West. Papparousio and in U.P.12 Pappadia, Pavlopoulo and Stenoma.
