A new contract was signed with the Municipality of Kozani entitled “Energy Upgrading Studies of Fourteen (14) School Buildings in the Municipality of Kozani” on 26/11/2019 with the aim of preparing the necessary architectural and electromechanical studies for the energy upgrades in 14 schools of the Municipality.
The final study was delivered on 29/7/2019 within the framework of the contract entitled “Lighting of monuments near the Egnatia Road” with the Municipality of Thessaloniki, which included phototechnical calculations, drawings and visualizations of the nighttime simulations, taking into consideration the specifications and the character of each monument.
A new contract was signed on 05-09-2019 with the Municipality of Neapoli Sykes with the purpose of the provision of Services of buildings and electromechanical installations related to legalization in accordance with Law 4495/2017, pre-earthquake inspection, assessment of structural condition, complete topographic & architectural mapping, static evaluation, legality checking of buildings & installations, fire safety studies and drafting of bidding
On 26-04-2018 a Contract was signed with the Municipality of Skydra for the elaboration of the study “Local Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Skydra”. The study is being prepared in accordance with the New Spatial Planning Law 4447/2016 “Spatial Planning – Sustainable Development and Other Provisions”, with the aim of preparing a study for the whole Municipality of Skydra
The B2΄ Stage of the Study was delivered in September of 2018. Currently, the approval of geological study is pending from the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia – Thrace. Afterwards, the Study will be sent to SYPOTHA council in Thessaloniki for the final opinion.
The B2΄ Stage of the Study was delivered in January 2019. Currently, the approval of geological study for the Cemeteries is pending from the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia – Thrace. Afterwards, the Study will be sent to SYPOTHA council in Thessaloniki for the final opinion.
The B2΄ Stage of the Study was completed in April 2016. The Study is currently being prepared to be sent to SYPOTHA council in Thessaloniki for an opinion.
The B2΄ Stage of the study was completed and delivered in December 2019. The approval of the Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment is pending from the Central Administration of Thessaloniki and the final acceptance and approval of the study.
