The study concerns the cadastral survey for the creation of the National Cadastre in the pre-Kapodistrian communities of Proastia of Karyditsa, Koila, Krokos and Levkovrisi of the Regional Unit of Kozani of the Region of Western Macedonia and in the pre-Kapodistrian municipality of Dion and in the communities of Agio Spyridona, Vrontou, Karitsa, Kontariotissa, Nea Ephessos, Ano Agios Ioannis, Arona, Ganochora, Kallithea, Kato Agios Ioannis, Korinos, Nea Trapezounta, Neokaisareia, Palaio Keramidi, Paralia, Peristasi and Svoronos of Regional Unit of Pieria of the Region of Central Macedonia and the provision of Support Services.
These areas were declared under cadastral survey for the work of the National Cadastre among other municipal districts and communities (268 regions in total in 21 Regional Units) by Decision 27826 / 28-6-2010 of the Minister of Environment, Energy and Climate Change (Government Gazette 1077B ‘/ 15-7-2010). The study consists of three stages. The first stage of the study concerns the implementation of the boundaries of the areas and the creation of the preliminary cadastral background, on which the collection of the property declarations will be collected.
The second stage concerns the collection of property declarations by citizens and institutions and the processing of the submitted data. The collection of property declarations will take place at the local Cadastral Offices, and electronic submission of a statement will be possible. The third stage of the study concerns the Posting of the Cadastral Tables and Charts which contain the results of the processing of the collected property declarations, which data the beneficiaries can check through the cadastral extracts that they will receive.
The timeline for completion of the study is 48 months.
