The Study concerns the elaboration of the General Urban Plan of the Municipal Unit of Chortiatis of the Kallikratis Municipality of Pylaia – Chortiatis, based in Panorama. The Stage A and B have been completed and the Study is expected to be presented to the Board of Directors and be given by the Supervisor mandate to initiate the Stage B2.
The Kallikratis Municipality of Chortiatis occupies an area of about 110 acres. It is characterized by intense natural anaglyph and rich natural resources, while the Sheich Sou Forest which included in the Municipality, has been declared a landscape of a special natural beauty. The municipality includes four settlements, which are Asvestohori, Exochi, Filiro and Chortiatis, that organized in urban planning units.
