As part of its ongoing commitment to the training and well-being of its human resources, on 3 October 2026, members of GAIA S.A. Consulting Engineers attended the scheduled training programme “Introduction to Mental Health First Aid”, organised by the Hellenic Red Cross.
The four-hour seminar was delivered by psychologist Ms Anastasia Molari and focused on recognising signs of psychological distress, active listening, and appropriate ways to approach and support a person in need.
Through initiatives such as this, GAIA S.A. Consulting Engineers continues to enhance the knowledge and skills of its employees while fostering a working environment based on respect, empathy, and mutual support.
