On 07-08-2018, the contract for the assignment of the preparation of the study of the subject was signed, between the economic operator “GAIA S.A. MELETON D. MAMOUNIS & SIA” and the North Aegean Region. The object of this study is the completion of the Study- Issuance of a Building Permit for the Sarlitza Bathing facilities.<\/p>\n
In this context, the required studies (topographical, architectural, electro-mechanical, static) have been drawn up for the issuance of a building permit-Sarlitza bathing facilities with the goal to their re-operation.<\/p>\n
The building where the bathing facilities are to operate again is existing and has been deemed to be preserved according to DPA\/5468\/30-9-1996 Decision (Government Gazette 1212\/D\/10-10-1996).<\/p>\n
The restoration work was proposed with the monumental character of the structure in mind and with respect for the preservation of its external aspects.<\/p>\n
