The study refers to the environmental pre-audit which provided for projects that determine the use of land in an area at local level, in accordance with \u00a71 of article 3 of the decision Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works\/ Specific Environmental Service \/107017\/2006 (Government Gazette 1225B\u0384\/5-9-2006). This local city plan concerns the design of the area of 12.5 acres of the no. 472a and 454b of the agricultural land distribution of Tagarades farmland of the Ministry of Agriculture, aiming at the construction of a cultural center, as well as a space for sports facilities, and an existing kindergarten will be included in this area.<\/p>\n

The peculiarity of the local city plan is related to the existence of the cemeteries of the Tagarades settlement 50 meters south of the site of implementation of the aforementioned proposals. The aim of the study is to contribute to a high level of environmental protection through the integration of environmental considerations and parameters into the preparation and adoption of the local urban plan in order to promote sustainable development.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the study, highlighting at a strategic level the expected environmental impacts of the local city plan, contributes positively to the transparency, credibility and quality of the environmental impact assessment process, which will be followed in the future by any Environmental Impact Assessment that will be carried out for individual projects.\u00a0An identification table and a qualitative environmental impact assessment were used for the construction and \u00aboperation\u00bb phases of the proposed projects that resulting from the implementation of the proposed project.<\/p>\n
