Consulting Engineers<\/strong> attended the scheduled training\u00a0 programme <strong>\u201cIntroduction to Mental Health First Aid\u201d<\/strong>, organised by the <strong>Hellenic Red Cross<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The four-hour seminar was delivered by <strong>psychologist Ms Anastasia Molari<\/strong> and focused on recognising signs of psychological distress, active listening, and appropriate ways to approach and support a person in need.<\/p>\n<p>Through initiatives such as this, <strong>GAIA S.A.
