Signing of a new contract with the Municipality of Grevena for specialized land registry works

On 12/11/2019, a contract was signed with the Municipality of Grevena entitled “Study on the registration of the ratified act implementing the extension of the Grevena city plan in the Greek Land Registry” and with the object of registering the ratified by the no. 43654/2482 / 15-6-2012 Decision of the Regional Governor of Western Macedonia on the Implementation of the Municipality of Grevena in the National Land Registry. Among the works that will be impleneted will be the transformation  of the records of the Act of Application into the projective system EGSA ’87, the linking and mapping the spatial and descriptive elements of the Application Act and the Cadastre database, the creation of appropriate deliverables and the final registration of ownership titles of all new properties in the competent Land Registry. Under the old system of transfers and mortgages, the Transfer of Deeds of Transfer to the Registrars was transcribed in total and per owner.
