About 22% fell housing prices in the third trimester

Further slowdown recorded in the year’s third quarter, the trend of decline in housing prices in Attica, as the decline was limited to 2.2% compared with the same period last year. According to a research company certified appraisers Geoaxis, newly constructed properties recorded an annual decrease of 2.1%, while the prices of older apartments (aged 15 years and over) showed losses of 2.3%.
