On November 30, 2016 the European Commission presented the Winter Package with positions and proposals related to energy. The Transition to Clean Energy is true not only in Europe but worldwide. European Commission has decided to lead this transition and to have a dominant role in achieving the objectives relating to energy and climate.
For this reason, the European Commission announced new and innovative measures relating to energy efficiency – among other measures relating to other energy sectors – in order for European citizens and businesses to be ready for the transition.
