All the studies of the 1st and 2nd Stage regarding the control of the property status, the arrangement of the buildings and the pre-earthquake control within the framework of the contract with the Municipality of Neapoli – Sykies, entitled “Legality control services of building and electromechanical installations, arrangement by law 4495/2017, building pre-earthquake control and evaluation of the structural condition”, were submitted on time.
The contract includes the preparation of studies in four stages: 1) property status investigation, 2) building legality check and pre-earthquake inspection, 3) building fire safety system inspection and 4) building electrical installation security inspection, regarding a total of 73 schools and buildings.
At this stage, the fire safety studies for all the buildings have been completed and their approval is expected by the Fire Department in order to prepare tender documents and to complete the 3rd stage of works.
