The preliminary design and the final study were delivered on time, on 03-01-2020 and on 19-03-2020, within the framework of the contract entitled “Assignment of a study for the construction of a high school at 8 Ath. Giannousi and N. Zartinidis streets in the Municipality of Thessaloniki”.
The subject of the contract includes the elaboration of studies in three stages (preliminary design, final study and implementation study). The scope of work includes the elaboration of all the necessary studies (architectural, civil, eectromechanical) in order to license and construct the school.
At the present stage, the third and last stage of works is being carried out, which includes the preparation of the implementation studies, the preparation of the tender documents and the process of issuing a permit to the local town planning Agency.
