The electromechanical study was delivered on time on 11/04/2018 within the framework of the contract signed between GAIA SA MELETON and the Municipality of Ioannina.
The scope of works of the project include the elaboration of all the Electromechanical studies required for the proper operation of a center for the child after the change of use of a building (old asylum for the elderly) and the construction of a new building on a plot of the Municipality, within the city of Ioannina. The center consists of two buildings, an existing one that was radically renovated and a new building, within an enclosed plot with configurations and external uses that are implemented within its boundaries. All the necessary EM studies were prepared both for the two buildings and for their surrounding area.
