Extension of the operation of the Cadastral Office for the collection of property declarations for citizens till 30/07/2018 concerning the internal and the external residents.
The submission of the property declaration is mandatory, otherwise the sanctions provided for by law.
The properties that will not be declared during the National Cadastral Survey will be recorded in the Initial Registrations as “an unidentified owner” and, if no corrections are made within the time limits, will be received by the Greek State.
Therefore, it is particularly crucial that the beneficiaries must come up no later than the date of expiry of the extension of the collection of property statements to submit their declaration, otherwise it will require more cost and more time to complete the process
GAIA SA as a member of the joint venture “K/X CADASTRE” implements the project of cadastral survey in the Former Municipality of Dion and in particular in the communities of Agios Spyridonas, Vrontou, Karitsa, Kontariotissa and Nea Ephesos of the Municipality of Dios – Olympos and for the communities of Neokesareia and Kato Agios Ioannis of the Regional Unit of Pieria.
