The Study «Revision and Extension of the General Urban Plan of the Municipal Unit of Anchialos» concerns the General Urban Plan of the Municipal Unit of Anchialos of the Kallikratis Municipality of Volos based in Volos.
For the aforementioned Study a Private Assignment Agreement was signed on 14 November 2012.
The Study is funded by the Regional Operational Program of Thessaly – Central Greece – Epirus of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) 2007-2013.
The Study «Revision and Extension of the General Urban Plan of the Municipal Unit of Anchialos» was carried out in two stages, A and B. The Stage B consists of two substations, B1 – the final proposal of the Study submitted to the bodies for opinion and B2 – a final proposal of the study, after the consultations.
The Study was published in the Government Gazette on 4-11-2016 (Government Gazette 236AAP) on the subject: “Approval of the Study for the Revision and Extension of the General Urban Plan of the Municipality of Nea Anchialos, Municipality of Volos ”.
From the point of view of the aforementioned spatial planning, the current upper institutional planning framework for the study area is the “Regional Framework for Spatial Planning and Sustainable Development of the Region of Thessaly” (YA 25292 / 25-6-2003, Goverment Gazette 1484Β / 10-10- 2003).
